Clin A/Prof Glen Liddelow is a Specialist Prosthodontist and a Director of The Brånemark Center in West Perth. He completed a Bachelor of Dental Science and a Master of Dental Science from the University of Western Australia and a Doctorate in Clinical Dentistry (Prosthodontics) from the University of Sydney.
He is a board certified Prosthodontist and member of the Academy of Australian and New Zealand Prosthodontists.
Clin A/Prof Liddelow is a faculty member of the University of Western Australia Dental School and is involved in teaching at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
He is a consultant prosthodontist in the Craniofacial Unit at Perth Childrens Hospital
He is a Prosthodontic consultant for the Doctor of Clinical Dentistry (Prosthodontics) program and graduate Diploma in Clinical Dentistry (Oral Implants) for the University of Sydney.
He is a lecturer and online expert advisor for the University of Loma Linda, California, USA Global Institute for Dental Education (gIDE) program.
He is a Key Expert and consultant for Nobel Biocare, Zurich, Switzerland and has been on the development team for a number of significant advances in implant dentistry over the last decade.
He is a Member and Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons and a Fellow of the Pierre Fauchard Academy.
He is a member of the Australian Prosthodontic Society, the Australasian Osseointegration Society, the Academy of Osseointegration and the Dental Study Group of WA.
In 2020, the Academy of Dentistry International bestowed upon him a Fellowship (FADI), which is a distinctive honour for nominee’s who have notably contributed to the advancement of the dental profession in one or more ways, such as:
Clinical Practice; Research; Education; Public Service; Literature or Journalism; and Service to the profession. ADI includes in its membership many outstanding individuals in the dental profession who have a desire to give back a portion of what they have reaped.
He is currently an exiting examiner for board certification of Prosthodontic trainees for the Academy of Australian and New Zealand Prosthodontists.
Clin A/Prof Liddelow has presented over 1000 papers and lectures both nationally and internationally and is a member of numerous university and industry boards concerned with dental education.
He is the Director of The Brånemark Center Osseointegration training program in dental implants which teaches dentists to restore and eventually place dental implants through a series of didactic lectures, hands on exercises and clinical supervision. He has a run a mentor program for alumni for many years.
He is a current reviewer for the Australian Dental Journal.
His research and publications include immediate loading, surface technology, treatment of advanced bone resorption and implant aesthetics.
Clin A/Prof Liddelow is moreover a clinical prosthodontist primarily concerned with both the surgical and prosthetic aspects of implant dentistry and advanced oral rehabilitation.
